Get a taxi or private hire car to Telaga Punggur Ferry Terminal, on Batam's east coast. Catch a speedboat preferably to Tanjung Uban, on Bintan's northwestern coast. Speedboats daily, 7–8 AM till 5–6 PM, frequency every half-hour, trip takes 15 mins.

Once in Tanjung Uban, two land transfer options:
